医疗机构开展临床药学工作与临床药师培养现状调查

Investigation of Clinical Pharmacy Work Carrying and Clinical Pharmacist Training

目的通过对医疗机构开展临床药学工作与临床药师培养现状的调查,分析我国临床药师培养中的不足,并且提出合理化建议。方法采用文献研究法和调查问卷方法,对高校教育的培养目标、课程设置和培养数量以及在职培养方面进行分析。结果与结论我国临床药师培养模式尚有不足之处,合理的改进措施可促进我国的临床药师培养模式的发展,完善药学服务并最终满足我国医疗改革的需要。

OBJECTIVE Based on the investigation of clinical pharmacy work carrying in hospital and the current situation of clinical phalmacist training in our country, the training gaps for clinical pharmacist were analyzed, suitable advice was given. METHODS Document research and questionnaire have been adopted in this study. Education objectives, curriculum and quantity in colleges and universities were evaluated. On-the-job training of clinical pharmacists was discussed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Chnical pharmacists training mode in our country still has gaps. Suitable counter measures can help the devel- opment of the clinical pharmacist training mode and meet the needs of the pharmaceutical services and medical reform in our country.
