摘要
"教学状态数据库"的建立是新一轮评估工作思路和方式方法的重大改进,是建设我国高等教育质量保障体系的重要内容。本文介绍了"教学状态数据库"的研发背景,阐述了"教学状态数据库"的结构和服务于学校、服务于政府、服务于社会、服务于评估的功能,展示了"教学状态数据库"在高校数据采集、为评估提供支持服务、为政府提供决策依据等方面的使用情况和效果,并基于"教学状态数据库"对新建院校进行了分析,据此提出了"教学状态数据库"今后发展完善的方向。
The establishment of Teaching State Database is a significant improvement in the thinking clue and working approach in the new round of evaluation as well as the main content of constructing a sys-tem to ensure the evaluation of higher education in our country. This paper describes the development background of Teaching State Database, and expounds its structure and function which means to serve the college, the government, the society and the evaluation. What's more, it shows the use and effec- tiveness in collecting data in higher institutions, supporting service for evaluation, and providing evi-dence for government decision. Based on this database, it also makes an analysis of the newly-estab-lished colleges, and describes the development of Teaching State Database in the future.
