刺络放血结合拔罐治疗贝尔面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bloodletting plus Cupping for Bell Palsy

目的观察刺络放血拔罐疗法治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例贝尔面瘫患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例采用刺络放血结合拔罐治疗,对照组35例采用针刺,治疗后评价其疗效及痊愈时间。结果治疗组疗效明显且疗程缩短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与针刺比较,刺络放血疗法结合拔罐治疗贝尔面瘫疗效更好,疗程缩短,提高了痊愈率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting plus cupping in treating Bell palsy. Method Seventy patients with Bell palsy were randomized into two groups. Thirty-five patients in the treatment group were intervened by bloodletting together with cupping, while the other 35 patients in the control group were intervened by acupuncture. The therapeutic efficacies and recovery time were evaluated at the end of treatment. Result The therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group was more significant and its treatment duration was markedly shorter compared to those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared to acupuncture, bloodletting plus cupping has better therapeutic efficacy, shorter treatment duration, and higher recovery rate in treating Bell palsy.
