摘要
本文主要探讨了哈尔滨商业大学在外语教学改革中采用的大学英语动态分层教学模式。该模式以因材施教、人本主义心理学、成败效应、最近发展区、教学过程最优化理论等为理论基础,在实施中取得了较为理想的教学效果。
This paper studies the College English dynamic stratified-teaching of Harbin University of Commerce, which takes individualized, humanistic psychology, success or failure effect, the zone of proximal development, teaching process optimization as the theoretical basis. And dynamic stratified-teaching achieved a more satisfactory effectiveness in practice.
