摘要
人力资本价值评估理论虽然克服了传统管理学过于注重定性分析的弊端,是科学分析、量化认识组织人力资本价值的有效工具和手段。但是,不同的组织在进行人力资本价值评估时会不同程度地受到组织环境、员工个体特征以及组织与员工匹配度的影响。研究和探讨这三类因素不仅有利于提高人力资本价值评估的准确性和科学性,而且可以避免在评估时由于过于注重量化而造成的评价失真。
The human capital value assessment theories overcome the disadvantages of traditional management obsessed by qualitative analysis.They are the effective tools and instruments for scientific analyzing and quantifying the enterprise human capital value.However,when enterprises do the human capital value assessment,they will be influenced by the organizational environment,staff individual characteristics and the matching degree of organi-zation and employees in varying degrees.Researching and discussing on these three factors is not only benefi-cial to improving the accuracy and scientizing the human capital value assessment,but also can avoid distortion of paying too much attention to quantitative evaluation.
