摘要
大学教师应当是优良道德价值的"代言人"和精神家园的"守望者"。列维纳斯的"他者"伦理展示了一个"向他"和"为他"向度。"向他"及"为他"源于对"他者"的真爱,而"真爱"是伦理构建的原点;而"向他"、"为他"需要"我"与"他者"的"相遇",以及"相遇"中的倾听和言说,这实质上指明了伦理构建的方向和路径。列维纳斯的"他者"伦理虽然带有浓厚的理想色彩,但却为大学教师道德主体性的提升提供了多维的思考向度。
University teachers should be the " spokespersons" of good moral values and the "watchmen" of the spiritual world. Levinas^s "other" theory discloses dimensions like "to him" and "for him". "To him" and "for him" stems from true love for "the other", and "love" is the origin of the ethics system. "To him", "for him" implies the encounter and communication between "me" and "otherness". This paradigm essentially shows the direction and route for morality progress. LevinasI theory of the "other" ethics has a strong touch of being idealistic, but it can provide a multi-dimensional thinking pattern for the university to enhance their moral subjectivity.
