摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,国家和社会逐渐认识到学前教育的重要性,人们对学前教育的需求不断扩大。在这种社会需要的引领下,一些非师范院校也纷纷开办学前教育专业,这在一定程度上满足了社会对学前师资的需求,但也存在课程设置不合理、教师资格制度不完善、专业"师范性"表现不充分等问题。因而为了培养更加优秀的师资,非师范院校应根据社会实际调整课程结构,完善幼儿教师资格证制度,培养学生的职业理想。
With the development of the social economy, the importance of pre-school education has been gradually stressed by the government and society, which leads to the increasing demand for pre-sehool education specialities. Some non-normal colleges provide pr-school education specialities to cater to such demand. Though such development supplies the pre-school teachers in some degree, it brings up the problems at the same time, such as irrational curriculum design, imperfect teacher certificate system, insufficiency of quality teachers. In order to train qualified teachers, these colleges are supposed to adapt the curricula to satisfy the social need, improve the pre-school teacher certificate system, and build up the students" professionalism
