分析了扶柄牙轮质量不合格的原因，指出将试验棒放入一个特别的胎中，与扶柄牙轮同炉处理。才能正确代替扶柄牙轮进行机械性能检验，使产品达到各项性能要求。

In this paper,through analysing the quality of rail gearwheel,the author gives a method to heat treat the testing sample Stick in a speciacy made mould together with the gearwheel in the same furnace.The mechanical property of the sample stick can be examined instead of that of gearwheel.
