摘要
结合德兴铜矿堆浸厂的生产实践 ,研究了氧化亚铁硫杆菌在浸出黄铜矿过程中的直接、间接作用和铁的行为。氧化亚铁硫杆菌在生长繁殖过程中 ,不断将Fe2 +氧化为Fe3+,同时Fe3+又发生一系列的水解反应 ,Fe2 +的细菌氧化主要以O2 为最终的电子受体 ,氧化亚铁硫杆菌对黄铜矿的直接氧化作用占主导地位。
In combination with the production practice of Dexing Copper Mine's heap leaching plant,the direct and indirect effects of thiobacillus ferrooxidans on the chalcopyrite leaching process and the iron behaviour are studied.In their growth and propogatim,thiobacillus ferrooxidans continuously oxidate Fe 2+ into Fe 3+ ,while a series of hydrolysis reactions take piace on Fe 3+ .The bacterial oxidation of Fe 2+ mainly takes O 2 as its final electronic acceptor.The direct oxidation effect of thiobacillus ferrooxidans on chalcopyrite takes a leading position.
