摘要
采用超声波辅助混合手段,制备中空玻璃微珠(HGB)/蓖麻油基聚氨酯脲复合材料,并对其性能进行探讨。结果表明:当HGB用量为15份时,复合材料物理性能较好;HGB的加入提高了聚氨酯弹性体第二热降解阶段的热降解温度;HGB的增韧机理以其阻止裂纹继续扩展和聚氨酯的"海-岛结构"为主。
The hollow glass bead(HGB)/polyurethane-urea(PUU)composite was prepared by ul- trasonic wave assistant mixing way,and the properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that,when the addition level of HGB was 15phr,the physical properties of HGB/PUU com- posite were better.The second stage thermal decomposition temperature of the composite was in- creased after adding HGB.The experimental results also indicated that both the crack growth preven- tion of the HGB and"sea-island structure"of PU were the main toughening mechanism of HGB toughened PUU.
