摘要
为了确定开放式牛舍中扰流风机的安装参数,在对天津市某开放式牛舍气流场实测的基础上,建立了风机不同安装参数间组合的16个几何模型,对牛舍内的气流场进行了三维稳态模拟。以扰流风机安装高度和倾角为影响因素,以距地面1.0 m和1.5 m高度平面上风速大于1.0 m/s区域面积的百分比为评价指标,分析了风机安装参数对扰流效果的影响。结果表明,在风机倾角相同时,安装高度对扰流效果的影响没有显著差异(P>0.05);风机最佳的倾角为:卧栏上方的风机为20°、颈枷上方风机为10°。
In order to determine the installation parameters of mixing fans in open dairy cow house, field experiment was conducted to measure airflows in dairy cow house in Tianjin. After establishing 16 geometric model with different installation parameters of mixing fans, 3-D steady simulation of airflow distributions was carried out in cow house. The effect of air flow disturbances was analyzed with fans installation height and tilt angle as influence factors and the ratio of the area where air velocity more than 1.0 m/s to total region in two surfaces which above the ground 1.0 m and 1.5 m as evaluation indexes. The result showed that there was no significant difference on effect of air flow disturbance between different installation height(P 〉 0.05 ) in the same tilt angle. The optimal tilt angles of fans were that fans over the cow bed of 20° and fans over the head gate assembly of 10°.
