汽车用合金化镀锌板镀层剥离性能

用万能拉伸试验机对汽车用镀锌板镀层进行单向搭接剪切试验,利用扫描电镜和电子探针对剥离后的镀层表面进行观察分析。结果表明,合金化镀锌板镀层多数以Γ-钢基体以及δ和Γ的界面被剥离,少数情况仅是ζ相被剥掉。

Single lap shear test of galvannealed sheet steel coating was carried out by universal tensile testing machine, and the surface morphology of the peeled coating was obversed by SEM and EPMA. The results show that the coatings can be peeled mainly along with Г- steel matrix, as well as 8 and F interface. But rarely ζ phase is peeled.
