摘要
在不改动矿车行星齿轮减速机构安装尺寸的前提下,以齿轮齿数及变位系数作为优化变量,以提高齿轮接触应力安全系数为目的,通过对离散变量的序列化处理,采用复合形法优化了行星齿轮机构的设计参数。此种优化算法流程简单,实用性强,优化后的接触应力大幅降低,可以显著提高齿轮的耐磨性与使用寿命。
Under the premise of trucks being remaining unchanged, general installation dimnsion of the planetary reducer for mining as the purpose to improve the gear contact stress safety coefficient, gear teeth and modification coefficient were changed as the optimization variables. The method was applied to carry out the optimization design process of discrete variables.The algorithm is practical, After the optimization design, the contact stress reduced complex shape of planetary reducer based on the serialization it greatly simplified the optimization procedure. remarkably and the lifespan increased greatly.
