摘要 为了研究螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的截割机理,运用Pro/E和LS-DYNA建立了螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的三维仿真有限元模型,并对截割过程进行了动态仿真模拟。由仿真结果可知:螺旋滚筒在截割煤岩体时,煤岩体局部首先受到挤压和截齿的截割而出现裂纹和崩落,随着螺旋滚筒的继续进刀和裂纹的继续扩展,最终出现大块煤岩体崩落;螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体所受的截割阻力呈对称周期性的作用在截齿上,且三向力波动状态相似;螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的功率随负载也出现波动;煤单元在从煤岩体崩落前出现重复破碎。该项研究为螺旋滚筒截割煤岩体的动态建模和仿真提供了新思路。 In order to study the cutting mechanism of helical drum cutting coal-rock mass, using the Pro/E and LS-DYNA to establish the three-dimension finite element model, and simulating the dynamic cutting process. By the simulation results: as the helical drum cutting coal-rock mass, the p artial of coal-rock mass firstly appears cracks and caving because of the extrusion and cutting of the cutter, as the drum continues to approach and the further growth of the cracks, the big lump of coal-rock mass breakout finally; The cutting resistance acting on the cutter symmetrically and periodically, and the three direction of force fluctuated similar; The power of helical drum cutting coal-rock mass fluctuates with load fluctuations; Coal unit was crushed repeat before was caving from the coal-rock mass. The study of soiral drum cuttin~ coal-rock dvnamic modelin~ and simulation nrovides a new idea.
