摘要
落地式多绳摩擦提升系统在使用过程中存在弦绳振动从而危及提升安全的问题,而影响弦绳振动的重要因素之一便是提升钢丝绳的纵向张力。针对落地式多绳摩擦提升系统纵向张力动态特性及张力不平衡的研究不足的问题,以姚桥煤矿2#主井提升钢丝绳为研究对象,对其进行动力学建模与仿真分析,分析纵向张力动态特性,探究其在张力自动平衡悬挂装置不同工作状况下各绳张力变化规律。
Rope oscillation is a critical safety issue when operating the floor-type multi-rope friction hoists. One of the significant factors affecting rope oscillation is the longitudinal tension of steel ropes. However, there has not been enough research on the longitudinal tension dynamics and tension imbalance for the floor-type multi-rope friction hoist systems. This paper, therefore, built a dynamic model of the steel rope of Yaoqian Mine and analyzed the dynamic characteristics of longitudinal tension by simulation analysis, aiming for exploring tension dynamics when under different working conditions of the tension auto-balance suspension device.
