摘要
根据液压支架用安全阀的工作原理和工况环境,对安全阀的控制模型进行分析,通过对O形圈压缩率、弹簧刚度、弹簧座组件质量等因素对比,分析了其对安全阀的控制特性影响;综合分析了液压支架立柱系统在突变载荷状态下安全阀和立柱系统特性,提出了在安全阀设计过程中必须兼顾立柱容积和安全阀响应特性的方法。
Based on the working conditions and working principle of the safety valve tor hydraulic support, safety valve control model is built;By comparing the O-ring compression rate, spring stiffness, mass of spring seat, the factor affecting the open-close response characteristic of safety valve is analyzed; By comprehensive analysis of the safety valve and column system of hydraulic support in the sudden load state, put forward the idea of the safety valve design process must take into account the uprights volume and safety valve response characteristics.
