摘要
运用SolidWorks软件建立救生舱的三维实体模型,然后导入ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件中对瓦斯爆炸过程进行模拟计算,获得瓦斯爆炸冲击波在巷道内的传播规律。以KJYF-96/8型号矿用可移动式救生舱为实例进行分析模拟,得到救生舱结构的应力和位移随结构参数变化的规律,为舱体结构设计提供依据。
First of all, this paper establishes the three- dimensional entity model of the mobile refuge chamber with the SolidWorks software and then conducts the numerical simulation of the gas explosion based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software in order to get gas explosive shock wave propagation law in arch wall roadway. It conducts the finite element simulation with the KJYF-96/8 model mobile refuge chamber as the example. Based on the results, it obtains the rules of the stress and displacement with the change of structural design parameter of the mobile refuge chamber and some basises are provided for design of the cabin.
