刀具长度补偿是数控加工中心加工的重要操作内容,其准确性将直接影响零件的加工精度和机床的生产效率。为了提高加工中心的加工效率和精度,从实用角度介绍了接触式对刀仪在加工中心刀具长度补偿中的应用。
Tool length compensation is the most important operation procedure in numerical control, and its accuracy will directly affect the processing precision of spare parts and operation of mac center. In order to improve the processing efficiency and precision of machining center, several useful application of contact tool setting probe in tool length compensation of the machining center arepresented.
