摘要 通过分析柔性空气室跳汰机系统的结构特点,提出测控系统的设计方案,介绍了该系统的组成与功能。重点分析了床层密度、床层松散度、气体压力和流量等关键参数的检测方法,提出了风阀、单元设备的控制方案。根据工艺需要选用可编程序控制器S7-300为下位机,编写了PLC控制程序,运用工业以太网模块实现上位机与下位机的通讯,通过上位机组态界面实现了柔性空气室跳汰机的检测与控制。该系统简单实用,可以实时管控跳汰机,提高了生产过程自动化程度。 The project of flexible air chamber jig detection and control system was realized through analysing its structure.To introduce the composition and function of the system.The detection method of key parameters included density,bed mobility, gas pressure and flow rate was amply analysed. The control scheme of air-valve and unit equipment was proposed.According to the technical process, the lower computer was S7-300 with PLC control program.The communication between the lower computer and PC was realized by industrial Ethernet module. The flexible air chamber jig detection and control was realized by PC configuration software interface. The system was simple and practical. It can not only control jig system but also improve the production process automation.
