摘要
为解决煤仓经常发生的拥堵现象,分析了煤仓堵塞等故障的成因,通过分析物料在不同水分和内摩擦系数的基础上,提出了破坏煤仓形成的棚煤次稳定状态所采取的变频机械振动方式,依据不同煤层煤棚高度,振动机械杆设定不同的共振频率,并通过机械振动的分析,设计了棚煤疏通装置的结构。
In order to solve the frequent coal congestion, the causes of coalbunker blockage were analyzed. Based on the analysis of material under different moisture and internal friction coefficient, measures taken by mechanical vibration using variable frequency of destroying coalbunker stable status were formed. According to different height of coal seam, different resonance frequency of mechanical vibration rod was adopted. Moreover, the structure of the coal shed dredge device was designed by mechanical vibration analysis.
