摘要
以实现煤矿带式输送机用六角头螺塞及其配套安装座紧固件的参数化成型为目标,借助Visual Basic技术手段,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,并开展应用研究。结果表明:依托SolidWorks的固有建模功能,并利用Visual Basic语言调用SolidWorks-API函数,可实现六角头螺塞及其配套安装座的自动化和参数化成型,提升建模效率。
SolidWorks was secondary development relying on Visual Basic as technological means for the target of realizing the parametric molding of hex head plug as well as matching installing seat used on coalmine belt conveyor. Meanwhile, application research was carried out. The results showed that hex head plug as well as matching installing seat automation and parametric molding can be implemented by means of invoking SolidWorks-API based on Visual Basic, and modeling efficiency was consequently lifted.
