摘要
在煤矿企业的生产过程中,在提升机工作过程中钢丝绳受到的外力是非常复杂的,可能会造成钢丝绳的破坏。同时煤矿现在大多还在用振波法测钢丝绳的张力,测试精度很低,人为因素对测试结果影响较大。探讨了提升机工作原理、钢丝绳结构与钢丝绳的张力不平衡,分析了钢丝绳张力的检测状况,建立了提升钢丝绳张力的计算机仿真模型,经过测试取得了很好结果。
In the production process of coal mining by external force is very complex, it may cause enterprises, in the course of their work rope hoist damage to the rope. While still using mine now mostly measured discovering rope tension test accuracy is low, human factors influenced the test results. This paper discusses the working principle hoist, wire rope and wire rope tension unbalanced structure analyzes rope tension testing situation, the establishment of hoisting rope tension computer simulation model, tested and achieved good results.
