摘要 设计了采煤机健康度监测系统总体结构,包括无线监测装置、顺槽上位机和井上监测中心3个部分。基于LabVIEW开发平台设计了采煤机健康度无线监测系统软件,编程简便,界面友好。针对采煤机振动信号非线性、非平稳的特征,建立了基于Morlet小波变换的故障信息提取模型。通过采集采煤机现场试验数据对软件进行测试,并对其中振动信号进行Morlet小波变换分析,取得了良好的效果。 General structure of shearer healthy wireless monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed, and the system includes wireless monitoring device, crossheading host computer and coal mine monitoring center. Then the shearer healthy monitoring and fault diagnosis system software is established by LabVIEW for its friendly interface and simple usage. At the same time, according to the non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of shearer vibration signals, the fault information extraction model has been established based on Morlet wavelet transform. Finally, the software is tested by collecting the shearer test data, and the vibration signal is analyzed by Morlet wavelet transform. The results show that the software and fault diagnosis method are efficient.
