泥螺多肽酶解工艺的优化及其体外抗肿瘤活性的初步研究 被引量:1

Optimization of enzymatic hydrolysis process of bullacta exarata peptide and anti-tumor activity in vitro

摘要 采用木瓜蛋白酶水解海洋生物泥螺的软体组织,进行多肽的抗肿瘤活性研究。通过单因素实验和正交实验来确定最佳酶解条件,采用MTT实验方法探索泥螺多肽的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,当酶解条件为温度40℃、料液比1:1、pH6、酶解时间8 h、加酶量0.36%时,泥螺软体组织经木瓜蛋白酶水解制备所得的多肽的氨基氮含量最高(1.62 mg/mL),并且对肺癌A-549细胞和前列腺癌PC-3细胞的体外增殖表现出一定的抑制作用。 Effect of nucleation parameters( n and AT ) and superheat degree on solidification structure of 430 ferrite stainless steel was investigated based on a Callular Automata-Finite Element (3D-CAFE) method combined with experiment. The bigger the value of n and the smaller the value of AT the finer the grains. The optimal superheat degree value was 20℃ by calculation, and the experiment showed that almost all solidification structure of the sample was globular equiaxed grains when the superheat degree was 20 ℃. From the surface to the center, the average diameter of grains increased gradually. The average grain diameter of the laboratory sample was 918.07 μm while that calculated based on 3D-CAFE model was 920. 13 μm when the superheat degree was 20 ℃. The solidification structure by calculation was basically the same as that of the experimental result.
