凝胶渗透色谱-高效液相色谱法测定植物油中黄曲霉毒素B_1、B_2、G_1、G_2 被引量:6

摘要 建立了用凝胶渗透色谱一高效液相色谱法测定植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的方法。该方法以乙酸乙酯一环己烷(1:1,v/v)提取样品,凝胶渗透色谱净化,以ExtendC,。柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇和10mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(45+55,v/v),流速1.0mL/min,激发波长360nm,发射波长440nm,柱温25℃,进样量50μL。黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的检出限分别为2.0、1.0、2.0、1.0μ/kg,4种毒素在2.0-30、1.0-10、2.0-30、1.0-10μg/kg范围内分别为0.9999、0.9997、0.998、0.9996;加标回收率82.6%~98.4%,相对标准偏差为4.97%~9.79%。 Effects of aging time (2 h,6 h, 10 h) at 750 ℃ on precipitation phases, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 2906 super duplex stainless steel after solution treatment were studied by means of optical microscope (OM) , X-ray diffraction( XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray energy dispersive analysis (EDS) and electrochemical workstation. The results indicate that aging treatment at 750 ℃ results in the formation of σ phase and γ2 phase. The amount of σ phase and γ2 phase increases with the aging holding time increased from 2 h to 10 h, the tensile strength and corrosion resistance of the steel decreases with the aging time increasing while the hardness of the steel increases.
