摘要 为解决目前多路电动舵机控制驱动器体积大、成本高、不利于小型飞行器应用的难题,设计了一种基于集成功率驱动芯片DRV8412和FPGA的微型多路电动舵机数字式控制驱动器。利用单片FPGA作为舵机控制器核心单元,并行处理四路舵机控制及反馈信号,运算后输出PWM信号直接驱动DRV8412完成四路舵机控制,替代了传统栅极电路驱动H桥式功率电路的模式。实验结果表明,通过单电路板集成四路舵机控制与驱动的方式,能够同时驱动四路舵机正常工作,有效降低了系统的成本和体积。 In order to solve the application problem of multi-channel electric actuator control drivers for its high cost and large size to small aircraft, a digital multi-channel electric actuator control and drivers were designed based on integrated power driver dry8412 and FPGA. A single FPGA was used as controller in the system ,which processed four electric actuator control and feedback signals in parallel, and output PWM level, that directly drived power chip DRV8412 to control four servos instead of traditional H-bridge power circuit driven by grid circuit. Experiment results show that four electric actuators can be driven simultaneously by the system which integrated four channels electric actuator control and drivers in a single board and this mode help to cut the cost and size of this system efficiently.
