摘要
随着伺服系统控制性能要求的不断提高,正余弦编码器的应用技术研究也引起了越来越多科研人员的兴趣,相继取得了大量的科研成果。然而正余弦编码器作为一种工程领域应用的传感器,其各种方案都有一定的工程适用性,同时受到一定的使用范围限制,需进行详细的研究梳理。系统地研究了正余弦编码器在电机伺服系统中的应用技术,着重分析比较了其测量精度及方案的优缺点,总结了各方案的实际工程领域适用性,并针对现有方案无法满足超低速矢量控制技术的研究现状和不足,重点展望了正余弦编码器的发展趋势,指出了基于正余弦信号直接快速获取高精度位置的技术及抗抖动等方面的研究方向,对其应用技术的进一步研究具有重要的参考价值。
With the improvement of the control performance of servo system, photoelectric encoder application technolo- gy research has been attracting more and more researchers" attention and also been made great achievements. However, each programmer of photoelectric coder is limited in several aspects. The applicability of them is needed to carry on the detailed research. The principle of sine/cosine encoder and its application technology in motor servo system was described. Its application technology with different microprocessor was reviewed, and the shortages of them were analyzed and compared. The trends and research directions of the technology of get high precision location directly based on sine and cosine signals were discussed. They have important reference value to the further research on its application technology.
