摘要
在公立医院医改政策贯彻落实背景下,构建适合公立医院公平、公正、合理的绩效分配方案,充分调动医护人员积极性,提升医院综合水平,增强公立医院的整体效能和核心竞争力,以达到体现公立医院公益性,促进卫生事业健康持续发展的目标。
Against the backdrop of implementing policies on public hospital reform, the article explores the establishment of a fair, just and rational performance-based allocation scheme to motivate the medical staff, improve overall hospital quality and enhance overall efficiency and core competitiveness of public hospitals, in order to achieve the goal of fulfilling the mission of public welfare of public hospitals and promoting sound and sustainable development of health services.
