摘要
护理队伍的稳定,是医院医疗护理工作中非常重要的工作。本文在分析近年来绍兴市人民医院护理人力资源状况的基础上,重视护理人员的需求,采取了多种措施让护理人员受到尊重,提高她们的技术水平和待遇,使她们安心护理岗位工作,稳定了护理队伍,促进了医院持续稳定发展。
Maintaining stability of the nursing team is an important part of nursing work in hospital. Based on analysis of nursing human resource of Shaoxing People's hospital in recent years, the article proposes various measures to respect nurses, meet their needs, and improve their technical skills and remuneration to stabilize the nursing team and promote sustainable development of the hospital.
