摘要
选择10个中西医结合单病种,制定临床路径并纳入电子病历管理。分析发现,与传统管理模式相比,纳入临床路径管理病种的费用、住院床日明显下降;中医辩证治疗率、中医治疗参与率、效益分析、医生满意度显著提高。规范的临床路径,可以体现中西医结合并有效提高临床效率。
The research developed clinical pathways and electronic record management for 10 single diseases trealed by integrative medicine. Compared with traditional managemenl, clinical pathway management conld signifieantly reduce medical expenses, shorlen hospital stay, and improve TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, involvement of TCM in disease treatment, cost-benefit analysis and doctor satisfaction. Standard clinical pathway is conducive to giving full play to integrative medicine and improving clinical eftieieney.
