摘要
本文报告了通信业务发展导致管道资源逐步不足的现状,对路面微槽敷设微管微缆技术进行了介绍和分析。该技术由路面切槽工艺和微缆气吹工艺组成,使用材料包括排式集束管或单根厚壁直埋微管以及气吹微型光缆。较传统通信管道光缆技术,具有路由建设及光缆敷设效率高、施工成本低、管孔利用率高、对道路交通阻碍和环境污染少、对现有管线或路面设施破坏小的特点。欧美和东南亚等地区的通信运营商已在城域网和FTTH建设中应用了该项技术,并快速、高效实现了其通信网络服务的开展。
In this paper, the shortage of pipeline resource caused by the development of communications business has been reported. The micro-trenching technology with microduct and microcable consisted of pavement grooving process and air-blowing process has been introduced and analyzed. This technology will use thick walled flatduct or direct buried microducts and microcable. Compared with the traditional communications cable laying technology, the micro-trenching technology could provide a high efficiency construction speed with low cost and high pipeline utilization. Meantime, the traffic obstruction, environmental pollution and destruction of the existing pipelines or road facilities is much less with micro-trenching mode. Communications operators in Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions have applied this technology in the metro and FTTH construction and achieved the launching of their network services quickly and efficiently.
