摘要
结合生产数据对加热温度、坯型设计和冷却速度等XSO管线钢重点轧制工艺进行了细致研究。结果表明,合理的加热工艺、坯型设计及轧制规程设计能够显著细化奥氏体晶粒,提高钢板组织的均匀性,提高厚规格X80管线钢的落锤性能;较快的冷却速度可以导致钢板屈强比升高,因此应适当控制钢板冷却速度。
Combined the actual production datum, this paper has a detail study on X80 pipeline steel key rolling processes, such as the slab heating temperature, slab mould design, cooling rate and so on. The result shows that the reasonable reheating process, slab mould design and rolling rules can greatly refine the austenite grain size, promote the homogeneity of the microstructure and improve the DWTT property of the X80 pipeline steel. In addition, because the larger cooling speed leads to the yield ratio increase, the plate cooling rate should be controlled properly.
