摘要
在分析原旋转主轴轴承座与导向滑轨间隙调整步骤的基础上,提出了一种新的旋转主轴轴承座与导向滑轨间隙的调整方案,使间隙调整时间由8h缩短为1h,显著提高了设备利用率和生产效率。
Based on the analysis of the original rotary spindle bearing and guide slide rail gap adjustment, this paper proposes a new rotary spindle bearing seat and guide slide rail gap adjustment scheme. This method makes the clearance adjustment time be shortened from 8 hours to 1 hour, and significantly improves the equipment utilization and production efficiency.
