摘要
以首钢水钢第三棒材厂棒材生产线的飞剪为例,研究了飞剪切头控制的数学模型,并根据实际生产工艺的变化对剪刃定位、剪切精度、剪切速降和剪切弯头等影响棒材飞剪切头控制的关键因素进行了分析与优化,实际应用后剪切效果良好。
This paper studies the mathematical model of the flying shear control system of the third bar plant of Shougang Shuigang corporation. Based on these studies, analysis and optimization of key factors of bar flying shear control system can be done according to the changes in the actual production process. In this paper, the key factors of bar flying shear control system include blade positioning, cutting precision and cutting elbow. After these optimizations, the levels of flying shear control are improved.
