摘要
研究了Fe2O3被CO和CO2混合气体还原时Na20对其还原行为的影响以及Na20含量不同的Fe2O3小饼还原前后体积膨胀率和孔隙率的变化情况,观察了NoaO含量不同的Fe2O3小饼还原后的显微形貌。结果表明,Na20对Fe2O3,的还原性有负面影响,还原后试验小饼的体积膨胀率和孔隙率均有所下降,是由Fe2O3在还原过程中生成的液相所致;一些特殊的针状和豆状结构在Na2O含量不同的Fe2O3还原过程中产生,这些结构均由还原过程中Na20的偏析所致。
The effect of Na2O on the reducibility of Fe2O3 with CO/CO2 mixed gas was studied. And the volumetric expansion and porosity change of Fe2O3 pie with Na2O before and after reduction were also investigated. Furthermore, the morphology of Fe2O3 pie with Na2O after reduction was examined. It was indicated that Na2O had the bad effect in the reduction of Fe2O3, and due to the generation of liquid phase during the reduction of Fe2O3, the volume expansion and porosity of the experiment pie were decreased. In addition, because of the segregation of Na2O, some unique acicular and fabaceous structures were generated during the reduction course of Fe2O3 with Na2O.
