摘要
介绍了迁钢公司6σ管理导人背景,分析了6σ管理在迁钢公司推行成功的关键因素,总结了取得的成果。实践表明,高层领导的重视与参与、明确的推进规划、健全的管理制度体系、完善的立项选人机制、监控项目推进过程、规范项目成果验收及表彰是企业推行6σ管理成功的关键。
The background of Six Sigma management implementation in Shougang Qian'an Iron and Steel Company was introduced in this paper. The key factors which led to the successful implementation were analyzed, and the achievements were summarized. The practice indicated that the key factors of implementing the Six Sigma management successfully included the attention and participation of senior leaders, clear plan, sound management system, right project and person selection, precise process management, reasonable progress and achievement evaluation, and effective encouragement mechanism.
