摘要
重点介绍了技术背景和产品设计思路,并探讨了TMCP工艺参数对材料组织、析出物状态及力学性能影响规律。根据中联重科700MPa级高强工程机械用钢力学性能要求,通过设计合理的成分体系和严格的TMCP工艺,成功开发出具有良好强韧性匹配以及焊接性能的SQ700MCD高强工程机械用钢。
The technical background and product design methods were introduced in this paper. The influence of TMCP parameters on material microstructure, precipitation and mechanical properties were discussed. According to the mechanical property requirements of zoomlion for 700 MPa high strength engineering machinery steel, the SQ700MCD high strength engineering machinery steel with good strength toughness matching and good welding performance was developed through proper design of chemical composition and strict TMCP process.
