摘要
应用统计学方法分析了45号钢中残余元素钒、钛、硼、钙和锡对其力学性能的影响。结果表明，钛、硼、钙和锡对45号钢热轧钢带抗拉强度有显著影响，并给出了45号钢的主要化学成分、残余元素、热轧工艺参数与力学性能的定量关系。
Effect of residuals V, Ti, B, Ca and Sn on mechanical properties of 45 hot rolled strip was studied by using statistical analysis method. The results indicated the effect was significant. The quantity relation between principal dements, residuals V, Ti, B, Ca and Sn , process parameters of hot rolling and mechanical properties was presented.
