摘要
在CAK6150C数控车床上用硬质合金可转位刀具精车45淬硬钢实现了精车代磨。通过切削变形系数的比较、动态切削力的正交测量、刀具磨损等基础理论的研究,研制了精车代磨刀具,解决了“崩刃”和“中途换刀”两个实现精车代磨的关键。
It comes true that finishing turning takes the place of grinding by hard turning 45 hardened steel in index cutter of hornisses alloy on CAK6150C CNC lathe. On the basis of comparing with the transmutation coefficient of the chip, measuring orthogonally the dynamic cutting force, and researching on the mechanism of wear and damage of the cutter, it basically forms the cutting theory of finishing turning 45 hardened steel.Considering the condition, it manufactures the cutter for hard turning instead of grinding by improving on the principle and structure, which have solved two pivotal technologies: edge dilapidation and changing cutter midway.
