摘要协同创新环境下的产业技术创新战略联盟是政、产、学、研、用深入融合的一种技术创新合作组织,合理有效的选择合作伙伴是产业联盟构建的起点和成功的关键点。从协同创新理论视角对产业技术创新战略联盟伙伴选择所应考虑的因素进行分析,并用层次分析法,构建产业技术创新战略联盟伙伴选择的AHP评价模型。 Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance （ITISA） based on the collaborative innovation has become a new technology innovation organization. Its rational partner selection is the starting point and key factor to success of ITISA construction. From the collaborative innovation perspective, this paper explores the important factors to ITISA partner choice and by using AHP method, it builds AHP evaluation model for partner selection of ITISA.
