摘要
如何留住研发人员是高科技企业普遍面临的重要挑战。通过对浦东新区研发人员的流动影响因素和离职原因与行为的分析,深入了解浦东新区研发人员流动的主要动因,提出企业研发人员稳定成长,形成积极、有益和有效流动的政策建议。
How to retain the R&D employees is an important challenge facing high-tech enterprises. In this paper, by analyzing the influencing factors of R&D employees' turnover and separation reasons and behaviours, we understand in depth the main reasons of the turnover of technology employees in Pudong new area and put forward the stable growth of enterprise technology talents, to form ac- tive, beneficial and effective policy suggestions for turnover.
