摘要
以江苏服务外包业的竞争力为研究对象,基于钻石模型,深入研究影响江苏服务外包业竞争力的构成要素,认清江苏省承接服务外包业务的真实水平,以期为江苏省服务外包业的发展提供可靠的理论依据和可操作的对策建议。研究发现,江苏省承接服务外包的竞争力在逐年改善。
This article took the competitiveness of Jiangsu＇s service outsourcing industry as the research object, based on the dia- mond model, in-depth study the elements affecting the competitiveness of Jiangsu services outsourcing industry and recognize the true level of Jiangsu province undertaking service outsourcing business, with the hope to provide a reliable theoretical basis and actionable and suggestions for its development. The study found that the competitiveness of Jiangsu Province to undertake service outsourcing has been improved year by year.
