阐述了小麦秸秆焚烧、堆放产生的污染环境问题及其危害,分析了小麦秸秆污染控制困难的原因,提出了采取因地制宜利用、综合管理、改造农业机械功能等方面的防治对策。
This article discusses the environmental pollution problems and hazards as a result of the wheat straw burning and piling up, analyzes the reasons why it is difficulty to control the pollution of wheat straw pollution, and proposes prevention measures for the problems such as utilization according to local conditions, integrated management, and transformation of agricultural machinery functions, etc.
