血浆NT-proBNP水平对评估稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者预后的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血浆N端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平对评估稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者预后的价值。方法分别测定65例稳定期COPD患者及30例健康体检者的血浆NT-proBNP水平、肺功能、动脉血气分析及肺动脉压力,根据GOLD指南把患者分为3组(A/B组、C组及D组),健康体检者作为对照组。结果 A/B组患者20例,C组25例,D组20例;D组患者血浆NT-proBNP水平显著高于GOLD A/B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);血浆NT-proBNP值与FEV1及动脉血氧分压呈显著负相关,与动脉血二氧化碳分压及肺动脉压力呈显著正相关。结论血浆NT-proBNP对判断COPD患者的严重程度、呼吸衰竭的进展及肺动脉高压具有重大价值,是预测COPD患者预后的一个敏感指标。
