Design of Self-sharpening Bucket Teeth for 10m^3 Digger

摘要 为10m^3挖掘机设计的新型斗齿,打破了过去传统对称式的设计模式,依照斗齿的磨损规律,通过斗齿工作部分长度的合理配备,重点延长中期使用寿命,以及减少挖掘阻力的设计构思,并经过长时间的应用与考察,认为这种新型斗齿具有独特的“自刃”功能。它阻力小、磨损轻,赢得了用户的认同和赞誉。因此这是一个理想的设计,具有广泛的应用与推广价值。 The newly designed bucket teeth for a 10m3 excavator is much more different from the tradditional ones which are symmetric. According to the wearing rule of the teeth, in the new design the author mainly pay his attention to lengthening the service life of medium Period and decreasing the digging resistance by properly distributing the length of working section. Besides, this kind of teeth has proved themselves possess 'selfsharpening' ability.
