分析了带式输送机胶带跑偏的机理及生产过程中跑偏的原因，得出了提高其制造安装质量、合理操作和加强维护是防止胶带跑偏的主要途径，同时还介绍了承载托辊前倾的纠偏方法，对胶带运行的在线监测及自动纠偏系统也进行了研究。

This paper describes the off side mechanism of belt and the causes of off side in practice, based on which the authors points out the main measures preventing belt from off side are good quality of fabrication and installation, proper operation, better maintenance. Additionally, the method for rugulating the anteversion of loaded idelers is introduced,and the on-line belt observation system and the automatic rugulation system are discussed.
