道路清障车泵控马达调速系统优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用变量泵-定量马达容积调速系统传递函数,对道路清障车起升系统进行分析,以马达排量m D为优化对象,基于误差绝对值积分(IAE)以及时间与绝对误差乘积积分(ITAE)两个性能指标,对系统参数(马达排量)进行了优化,得到了上述两种性能指标下的最优解,为道路清障车起升系统参数设计、性能研究及应用提供了理论依据。 The mathematical model of hydraulic pump-motor was built up for wrecker, and characteristics were analyzed. The integral of absolute value of the error (IAE) and integral of time-weighted absolute value of the error (ITAE) criterion were used to optimize the system, a theoretical guidance to select the parameter of the pump was provided. The study laid a foundation for design and application of wrecker.
