摘要
饭店业是我国国际化和现代化最早的行业之一,特别是加入世贸组织之后,众多的国际酒店品牌进入中国市场,加剧了市场的竞争。海景花园大酒店便是本土单体酒店中的佼佼者。本文在对企业成长理论进行整理的基础上,借助其中的资源、创新等理论对海景花园大酒店的成长因素和环境进行了分析。研究发现企业文化、品牌力量、团队建设、管理机制等构成了企业成长的资源因素,组织的创新能力和企业家的创业精神组成了其成长的能力要素,以及在这两者共同作用下产生的企业特有知识,三者共同促进了海景花园大酒店的成长。
The hotel industry is one of the most modernized and internationalized industries in China. Introducing growth models and advanced experience of foreign hotels enterprise for reference, hotel industry has made great development .Especially after the access to the WTO , China has fully liberalized its hotel market, so number of international hotel brands have entered China, which intensifying market competition. The market competition is eliminated many hotels also makes many hotels success. The Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel is outstanding native monomers in hotel field. The proposition of this thesis is putting forward on the basis of enterprise growth theories. Using the resources and innovation theories of it, the paper analyzed the growth factors and environments of Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel. Corporate culture,brand, management system and team building constitute the development resources of Seaview Garden, the innovation ability of the enterprise and entrepreneur's innovation spirit are the ability factor, and the firm specific knowledge elements, these three factors work together to promote the growth of Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel.
