离心泵几种间隙对性能的影响

本文通过研究离心泵的半开式叶轮前后部间隙，闭式叶轮密封环的前后部间隙和隔舌间隙，分别说明间隙对于离心泵性能产生的影响。研究表明：前部间隙对性能的影响比后部间隙大，粘度相同的介质，随着间隙的增大，间隙变化对性能的影响较大；对于粘度变化的介质，随着粘度的增加，间隙变化影响将减小。，

this article research effect of semi-open impeller clearance, anterior and back wearing of closed impeller and casing tongue clearance on centrifugal pump performance. Research shows that: the anterior clearance impacton the performance bigger than back clearance, the same viscosity medium, along with the increase of the clearance,clearance of rigid will disappear, where the head and the efficiency of pump are down;for different volumefractionof medium, along with the increase of the volumefraction, clearance change affects decreases.
