摘要
本文根据我国读者服务现状,指出了目前图书馆读者服务在人文关怀上存在的问题,提出了读者服务的创新模式,通过读者数据说明了此创新模式的成效,阐明了以人为本在图书馆读者服务中的重要性。
Based on the current situation of reader services provided by libraries in China, this paper points out the problems in terms of human care, and puts forward an innovative model for reader services. Through using reader data to show the good results achieved by the new model, the paper also clarifies the importance of the people-oriented concept in improving reader services.
